Why Geenius OS · Small restaurants
Tables, suppliers and staff, without the late-night paperwork.
A small restaurant runs on bookings, a short menu, tomorrow’s delivery and who works Friday. Your AI keeps the lists straight while you cook.
- Who An owner-chef or manager of a small restaurant or cafe.
- The day-to-day Bookings arrive by phone and message, the menu on the website is out of date, and ordering and the rota get done at midnight.
A day with Geenius OS
What you ask, what your AI does, where you say OK.
An illustration. Names, amounts and times are made up, and nothing here is a customer story.
You ask: Who is booked tonight and on Saturday?
Your AI: Reads the bookings and the calendar and lists them per slot.
You ask: What is running low? Draft the order for the fish supplier.
Your AI: Looks at stock against the reorder points and drafts one purchase order per supplier.
Stock and supplyYour say: You decide which orders are sent.
You ask: Put the asparagus special on the menu page and take the lamb off.
Your AI: Changes the page in Geenius MVP and shows a preview.
WebsitesYour say: It goes live only when you say publish.
You ask: Make next week’s rota: Ana is off Tuesday and we need two in the kitchen on Friday.
Your AI: Puts the shifts as events in a shared staff calendar and tells you where a day is short.
CalendarYour say: You check hours and rest rules yourself.
You ask: Make a square social post for the asparagus special.
Your AI: Lays out the post in Design from your text and photo, as a PNG.
Slides and postersYour say: You post it yourself. Nothing is posted for you.
You ask: We counted the walk-in. Update the stock.
Your AI: Records a stock count. A count must be approved before it changes the stock.
Stock and supplyYour say: You approve the count.
You ask: Invoice the company dinner for 24 on Friday.
Your AI: Drafts the invoice as a PDF with the legal lines. The email waits.
Invoices and quotesYour say: You approve and send.
The outcome
The book, the menu page, the supplier order and the rota are looked after in a few asks. You cook.
Illustrative. We do not claim time saved or money earned.
